Wonderful Experience with Excellent Service
tasty food friendly staff great location
The food was very tasty.. I appreciated the variety and freshness. The staff were friendly. They were always available and helpful, contributing to a very comfortable stay. The location is great. The hotel beach is nice, and Macronissos beach is nearby.

The hotel provides a couple of restaurant choices. Options include Greek, Japanese and Italian. I found the various bar areas inviting. Everything looked well kept .

The service was really good, and the staff created a friendly environment. I found the staff to be polite and kind. They were always helpful and willing to engage in conversation. I definitely appreciated this.

Every meal reminded me of a culinary treat. The breakfast buffet was rich with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I also liked that the dinner menu was carefully crafted, ensuring there was something for everyone. The local dishes were particularly well-prepared.

good hotel, maybe too good
spacious room big choice
i stayed for five nights in a standard double room. the room was nice and spacious. the bed were comfortable. breakfast had big choice. there is clear water in the beach.
choosing all inclusive i think its mistake. only the buffet were open. the quality isn't good. soft drinks were sugary. dinner hours are short.

the staff were friendly and helpful. guest relations was amazing. i noticed the hotel manager and restaurant manager were also very involved and helpful. reception staff.

Excellent Stay
pool options spacious room relaxing stay
The pools were a highlight with options for adults and kids. I appreciated the separate zones. The adult pool had music and a deeper area. The water slides kept our little one entertained, so i found the stay relaxing. I was grateful for the spacious room upgrade. It was much larger than i anticipated.
I noticed that some advertised restaurants were not open. No notice of this closure was given. This limited dining options, so i had to adjust my plans.

The room featured a spacious layout. I appreciated the separate sinks and the rainfall shower. It was convenient to have ample space for luggage and personal items, so everything was well-organized.

The hotel boasts proximity to two beaches. I found this aspect particularly convenient. The surrounding area lends itself to morning runs because of the pleasant environment. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

okay stay, but some issues
the location was acceptable it sat right on the beach.
the receptionist i encounter during night hours acted intrusive, their behavior felt unprofessional and rude, and i dont find it acceptable. they used a racially insensitive term to refer to asian languages, i find this offensive. staff should remember to be more respectful.
